My friend has recently been to the leeds festival and he's destroyed iphone while he was debating to get another I'll bite of an android phone he decided to go for the galaxy s 4. He's had the phone for almost a week now and he's only just getting to grips with the os. It is monumental how many differences theyre are between iOS and android. It's very confusing call the new users. Especially when there is so many skins for android is htc sense, touchwiz, motoblur and many more.
The only reason why android is very popular today is the same reason why microsoft is popular today apple don't shit the operating system 2 of the uses they give the operating system to the people who have bought their systems. We're as microsoft you can build any machine you want with anything p u and gpu and run and you can put windows on it no problem. And the same goes for android. Before android companies and manufacturers how to build your own operating system for ever seen on dr and open companies are you and change it to the all look and feel and place it on to the devices.
With the recent galaxy s 4, it's got loads of pointless stuff that is just a waste of time. Air gestures and smart scrolling when you reach the bottom of the page with your eyes, it starts automatically scrolling down the rest of the article and you can wave your hand over the device to scroll.
If you close your eyes, it pauses the video for you and when you open your eyes back up, it will start playing the video again.
The only good feature I think to come out of Samsung is the multi-window where you can two applications running at the same time and this is missing from all tablets. I know the surface but it needs to be on all tablets. Scroll from twitter and still be watching that video on YouTube.
The transition from iOS to android needs to be more user friendly and then slowly introducing you to the features and all of these settings just be explained. Lots of people who have the device don't know about these features and when ive told them, they are stunned that they've had the phone for 6 months and I know more about it that they do.
Thanks for reading and this has been written by Google dictation
